My name is Noemi Martin and I am a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. I am a registered Reiki Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association. I am please that you reached my web page. This page was created in order to spread awareness of Reiki and to be able to reach out to all those people who are interested in this wonderful art of healing called Reiki. Reiki (universal life energy) is a sacred and ancient Tibetan healing art that was rediscovered in Japan during the 19th century by Mikao Usui. The initiation to Reiki is a powerful catalyst for personal growth and for finding your true self. Reiki is a hands-on healing method that channels the universal energy of unconditional love. The energy is transmitted by laying on of hands on energy centers (chakras) and joints. A session can vary between 20 and 40 minutes. Treatments can also be given at a distance. Reiki will go to the area(s) that need healing, whether physical, spiritual, mental or emotional. Reiki works with intent. Once you have stated your intent, Reiki will flow. Reiki is non-invasive, it is very safe and gentle and produces a feeling of relaxation within minutes of a session. Reiki is often used to reduce stress and tensions of every day life. Please note that Reiki is not a religion. You do not have to believe in any one system of beliefs to give or receive Reiki. Reiki is practiced and taught by people of all beliefs and faiths. Hello! I have always been skeptic regarding alternative treatments and therapies. I always preferred conservative approach especially to serious diseases, but then I met Noemi. As I understood, from a friend, that she was very good. Well the words ‘very good’, to be perfectly honest, didn’t even come close to what I was feeling and experiencing from the Reiki treatment I was receiving from her. It was sheer magic, bliss! I won't go into the more personal details of the treatments, but I will say that the energies in that room were indeed powerful and Noemi knows exactly where to place and move the energies. Noemi’s guidance to me was unbelievable. It really helped be get the broader perspective I've needed for years! You gave me something that lifted a heavy burden.
